Hope for Christmas Future…

ChurchPastor's Blog

What might happen?  This can be a question of fear or of hope.  With all that is going on in the world right now, many of us are afraid of what the future will hold.

The Ghost of Christmas Future visits Scrooge with pictures of the future that trouble Scrooge.  Scrooge is desperate to know if what he is shown will definitely happen or might just happen if he doesn’t change his life.  There is now a sense of urgency in his soul.

With only a few days until Christmas, how will we live the coming of the Christ child in our lives right here and right now?  Living peace, hope, love, and joy in the moment with God and others just might be the key to letting go of our fears for the future and trusting God in the NOW.

Come be with us Dec 24 at 11 am for The Hope of Christmas Future and at 7 pm for candlelight communion and Keeping Christmas Well.

Christ come into our hearts right now,
Debbie
