Wesley McCall is the Music Director at Trinity United Methodist Church. He is originally from the Washington, D.C. suburb of Stafford, Virginia. Mr. McCall earned Bachelor of Music degrees in Music Education and Oboe Performance from the University of North Texas, and a Master of Music degree in Conducting from Pennsylvania State University.

Prior to his appointment at Trinity, Wesley served as a leader in music and worship for several different churches in the D/FW metroplex and in State College, Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience working with choirs, bands, and orchestras in church settings, as well at the collegiate, high school, and middle school levels. In addition to serving as the Music Director at Trinity, he teaches middle school and high school band in Castleberry ISD.

Wesley’s greatest interest outside of music is traveling, particularly experiencing the foods and cultures of each new place he visits. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife Jenna, and their four kitties, Rhapsody, Kyrie, Libby, and Artie. Jenna is pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Clarinet Performance from the University of North Texas.

Pianist: Lauren Koszyk   

Lauren Koszyk currently maintains a versatile career as a collaborative pianist and educator in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She is thrilled to join the Trinity United Methodist Church team!

In addition to serving as pianist at Trinity, Lauren is a freelance collaborative pianist and teaches piano privately, at the Gray School of Music, and at Music So Simple. Originally from Normal, Illinois, she has worked with the Midwest Institute of Opera and Illinois Festival Opera as a coach and pianist. From Illinois State University she earned her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and Bachelor of Arts in German. At the University of North Texas Lauren earned her Master in Music in
Collaborative Piano with a related field in Early Music. Lauren has been presented with top honors by the President of Illinois State University, Governor of Illinois, and has been invited by Steinway Hall Dallas to tour the Steinway & Sons Factory in Astoria, New York. Away from the piano, Lauren enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and trying new
recipes in the kitchen.

Communications Coordinator: Jenna McCall

Jenna enjoys helping Trinity by keeping its online presence up to date and assisting at Sunday services.  She is currently a student at the University of North Texas pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts in clarinet performance.  Jenna also loves participating in the music worship at Trinity in the Chancel Choir and Handbell Choir in which her husband, Wesley, is music director.
