Kimberly Simpson is currently the Chief of Communications, Marketing, and Community Relations for a North Texas school district. As a passionate communications practitioner, Simpson leads a team responsible for developing innovative communication strategies that help promote and advance the district's efforts to ensure student success. She managed district-wide communication during the onset of COVID-19 while managing several marketing and communication projects. She has also received several recognitions and honors for her work in communications on the state and national levels.

Simpson received her bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University and her Master's degree from Texas Tech University. She believes in the collective power of community and grew up in the United Methodist church. Simpson believes that God has blessed her immensely and looks forward to utilizing her skills to enhance the worship experience at Trinity United Methodist Church.
