    It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at Trinity UMC!  The sanctuary is greenery adorned.  The beautiful Advent banners are hung with care.    Gifts are arriving for the Angel Tree and being sent to Heifer Project International to spread a gift of food-producing animals.     I’ve had several conversations recently with Trinity members who are facing surgery and difficult illnesses that have touched my heart.  I’ve also been watching the news about the terror attacks from Paris, Beirut, Kenya, and Lebanon in restaurants, theatres, and airplanes that raise my anxiety level.  Our world is in turmoil and our lives seem fragile.  We feel insecure, uncertain and afraid.   • Hanging of the Greens!

    It’s almost Advent! A time to prepare for the coming of the Christ child! It is a Trinity tradition to decorate our wonderful church for this special time of year.
